Procurement Manager

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team and support our clients’ needs in handling CapEx contracts. Our clients are typically large pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical producers expanding their production facilities. This is an on-site role based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Job Description
Join our mission to become the preferred provider of highly skilled CapEx procurement services to the life science industry.
While we primarily support the pharmaceutical sector, we also extend our services to other areas within the Life Sciences segment. We work closely with our clients’ resources, procurement departments, legal teams, engineers, and process specialists as an integrated team, using the clients’ templates and procedures.
As part of our Procurement team, we expect you to act professionally, build trust with our clients, and deliver as agreed. We would like your experience to include some of the following areas:
- Procuring production equipment or laboratory equipment.
- Handling RFx processes, creating contracts, and managing the process from ordering to delivery (expediting).
- Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management.
- Strong expertise in both tactical and practical procurement.
- Taking pride in your professional capabilities and striving for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Danish is required.
- A strong understanding of the importance of teamwork, knowledge-sharing, and fostering a positive office culture.
- 5+ years of experience.
