Are you a seasoned professional with a technical background, eager to lead and coordinate on-site operations in the dynamic energy sector? Semco Maritime is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee both onshore and offshore campaigns, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Site Manager, you will:
- Plan and execute onshore and offshore projects in close collaboration with project managers.
- Lead and evaluate teams of engineers, technicians, and workers, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage resources efficiently, ensuring cost control and quality deliverables.
- Create detailed progress reports, sharing updates with clients and management.
We are looking for a professional with:
- A technical background and proven experience in site or project management, preferably in the energy sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A track record of ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in complex operations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle dynamic project environments.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and familiarity with relevant IT tools.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and prior experience on construction sites is a plus.
