It is your chance to be responsible for building a best-in-class proactive filling process support for our aseptic productions worldwide. We are ambitious about how we together with our important stakeholders improve the production processes by rethinking why and what we do and by setting frames and direction for our production sites. The position
You will be head of the filling team with approximately 16 dedicated filling-specialists & professionals. Your team is located within the AM process competence center, where we are around 60 highly skilled professionals working to change the game in the aseptic production processes such as clean utility, Wash & Sterilisation, Formulation, Filling and HVAC.
Together with your team, you will:
- Take the lead in setting direction for the AM network in Novo Nordisk.
- Be rresponsible for developing our frame documents and ensuring we live up to future requirements and scalability.
- Alongside with your team, you will be involved in a broad range of tasks within AM, such as assessing potential acquisitions, evaluate new contract manufactures and support our sites on complex investigations.
You will report to the Director of AM process competence center and become a member of an ambitious, highly engaged leadership team. Together with this team you will be a part of building up the newly established department.
Qualifications
We expect that you have:
- A relevant academic degree within natural science.
- 5+ years of experience as leader.
- Proven track record of achieved results and your people management skills are outstanding.
- Knowledge of what it takes to create an environment where your employees thrive and perform at their best.
- Able to communicate and work in a professional environment in English.
You are renowned for your ability to create improvements, transparency and simplicity in complex processes.
You are a strong team player and communicator – and have proven your ability to engage and network with stakeholders on all levels of the organisation. You know that great results in a complex department like this comes from strong collaboration across the entire organisation.
You strive for optimization and innovation, and you can prioritize and take the right decisions while engaging and inspiring people, also when required within a short time frame and under pressure.
You have profound knowledge of pharmaceutical production, and preferably you have prior experience within aseptic production.
About the department
Manufacturing Science & Transfers (MS&T) is an area with around 130 dedicated employees. We own the manufacturing standards across Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) in Novo Nordisk and are the subject matter experts within manufacturing science in AM. We set direction for the AM processes on how to balance Quality, Delivery and Cost. We Support our sites with DVs, critical cases, inspections, projects and with upskilling programs.
