The Position
As an Equipment Responsible at Novo Nordisk, you will play a crucial role in:
- Equipment Status Monitoring: Taking charge of the ongoing maintenance and status updates of the equipment, ensuring they are in peak condition for production needs.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Working closely with a dedicated team of 10 professionals to manage equipment responsibilities, handle incidents, change requests, deviations, and cross-organizational projects effectively.
- Hands-On Problem Solving: Directly engaging with the equipment to troubleshoot, solve problems, and ensure readiness in compliance with the stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Driving Optimization: Leading initiatives to optimize and maintain the validated state of production equipment, enhancing efficiency and reliability
Qualifications
While we value a diverse range of skills, we are particularly looking for:
- An academic degree in engineering, natural science, pharmacy, Marine Engineering (Maskinmester), or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role within a regulated industry.
- A technical mindset with experience in validation.
- Familiarity with GMP and LEAN methodologies is advantageous.
- Proficiency in both Danish and English.
Ideal candidates are hands-on, flexible, and team-oriented, with a strong focus on maintaining excellent manufacturing processes and complex documentation.
About the Department
Aseptic Manufacturing site Gentofte is a core part of Novo Nordisk’s global Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing network. Here, over 700 colleagues are dedicated to the aseptic transformation of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) into final products for those living with serious chronic diseases. Our processes, including formulation, filling, and freeze-drying, are conducted in sterile environments to deliver high-quality products in line with GMP standards.
Our department is vital to ensuring that our production capabilities are always optimal, ready, and effective, supporting everything from HVAC systems to technical equipment.
