You’ll be both a partner and a guardian in developing and driving rewards aspirations across our company and ensuring that Ørsted remains an attractive employer to the most talented people.

You’ll be a part of Global Rewards team where you, together with your colleagues, will work closely with both HR business partners and rewards colleagues around the world, as well as with other shared group functions, such as our people services, sustainability, finance, and legal departments. In all global functions, we focus our efforts on supporting the entire business and ensuring that Ørsted works as a professional, reliable, and responsible company. This also entails that you’ll be working with and supporting leaders in different regions and areas.
As a team, we work closely together and challenge each other's ideas to provide the best innovative rewards strategy and solutions across our business.
You’ll play an important role in:
- contributing to the globalization of our rewards strategy and model working closely with global and regional leaders, as well as your rewards colleagues
- keeping policies and concepts up to date with business needs and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure smooth integration with other people processes
- preparing reports and decision papers for key stakeholders, including top leadership teams and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee
- supporting the business with ad hoc benchmarking for executive positions using various external market data
- guiding and training leaders in rewards policies and frameworks to strengthen the knowledge in delivering and managing rewards matters
- ensuring that our external annual Renumeration report remains being recognised for high level of transparency
To succeed in the role, you:
- have solid experience in delivering global rewards solutions using external market data from a global perspective with regional approaches
- are known for creating results, have excellent process management skills, and possess strong business acumen in managing internal and external stakeholders
- are ready to challenge requests from leaders, HR business partners, and regional colleagues in the business for the best solutions
- have strong communication skills across functional and organizational levels and demonstrate capabilities in preparing and presenting solutions and changes
- have advanced MS Excel and presentation skills and preferably have working experience with SAP HR and SuccessFactors modules
- read, write and speak both Danish and English fluently

Remuneration
For this role we offer a monthly base salary in range of DKK 68,000-75,000 + plus 10% pension, and 3% vacation pay and other benefits. Actual offer considers the specific candidates experience and skills.
