Head of Tax Compliance & Reporting

Join us in this role where you’ll spearhead the development and implementation of global direct and indirect tax compliance strategies, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations. You will lead a dedicated team, providing strategic advice and enabling continuous development of relevant highly skilled tax specialists to deliver tax efficient in-house solutions and support the green transformation.

Welcome to Global Tax Compliance & Reporting
You will be leading the Global Tax Compliance & Reporting team where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure quality of compliance with international tax laws and regulations. This role maintains an efficient and effective organization enabling continuous development of the team and the tax compliance and tax accounting processes. The team’s primary tasks include handling all direct and indirect tax compliance requirements, cooperating with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring a strong international network of contacts in finance functions throughout the Business Units and Group.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • Managing global tax compliance and reporting functions with a total of 20 colleagues globally
  • Defining, developing, communicates and implements direct and indirect tax strategy and tax risk control framework
  • Ensuring close corporation with other teams including Group Finance, Accounting, M&A Tax, Transfer Pricing and Digital Tax Solutions
  • Providing user-friendly information about our tax positions and strategic tax advice to senior management
  • Maintaining day to day relation with tax authorities and manage direct and indirect tax audits globally
  • Fostering a strong culture of compliance and integrity.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • Have an extensive knowledge of global tax laws and regulations
  • Have an extensive experience in global tax compliance and reporting, or equivalent experience
  • Are a strong leader with excellent communication skills
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Take ownership and are able to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development.
