NCE > SBU NCE Service > Main Component Exchange
The Vestas Northern Central Europe business unit is responsible for the Sales, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout the NCE region.
The Main Component Exchange department is part of the Special projects team and is responsible for safely planning and executing offshore scopes across the NCE region. In this role you will be part of a highly agile team that is working to secure and meet our customers' expectations. As Team lead, you will be developing and supporting an international team of highly skilled and committed colleagues working to secure and meet our customers' expectations.
Responsibilities
- Project and resource planning of personnel
- Recruit, motivate and assist your team and encourage quality while ensuring safe execution of work
- Make sure that the Vestas personal development plans (CPD) for the team members are identified and followed up on
- Ensure that all training plans are up to date and aligned with the business's needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Provide the necessary guidance and governance to guarantee compliance with Vestas' policies and procedures
- Create a work environment where the Vestas Core Values are adhered to
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe that you bring the following experience:
- Solid previous experience as a team leader, experience from similar industries is beneficial
- Hold a degree/diploma in management or similar
- Experience in remote leadership is valuable
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products and preferably with SAP experience
- Open to accommodating a variety of working hour arrangements to suit the work schedule of the teams

Additional information
The work location is Warrington, UK, or Aarhus, Denmark. The role requires approximately 40 days of travel per year.
