About the role
As the Manager of IT Development and Data, you will oversee system development, system integration, and data solutions within NNE. You will lead a team of 10 developers and data engineers (6 based in Denmark, and 4 in India) as part of the Global IT business area. Global IT develops systems and data solutions for pharmaceutical projects, which are responsible for constructing advanced pharma production facilities.

You will report directly to the CIO and be a part of the IT Management team. The work environment is dynamic and requires the ability to work closely with the business owners to understand and adapt to changing business needs.

How you might spend your days
Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Lead the Development and Data team
  
• Organize development tasks such as system development, data engineering, and system integration to optimize the impact on NNE’s business
  
• Organize Agile development ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Stand-Ups and Retrospectives
  
• Manage roadmap, timelines and resources, ensuring successful delivery of IT solutions
  
• Align develop priorities and capacity with key internal stakeholders and the rest of Global IT

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in development and/or data solutions
  
• Experience as team manager
• Have a technical background, as developer, architect or data specialist that allow you to discuss technical solutions with your team members
• Strong knowledge of Agile Development methodologies
  
• You hold at bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
