The Position
You will take part in the implementation of projects that enables the organisation to improve the performance within mental well-being. In this role, you will be part of our Mental Wellbeing team and work closely with key stakeholders within our organisation to conceptualise, plan, execute and anchor initiatives.
In this role, key responsibilities will include:
- Planning, facilitating and follow-up on workshops within the topic of mental well-being and stress prevention
- Supporting managers, HS representatives, HR and HS partners by providing guidance, tools and training on mental well-being
- Engage in establishing training offers and self-directed learning opportunities for our organisation on our internal platforms
- Assist with reviewing data and facilitate potential in-depth stakeholder dialogues to match the different needs of the organisation with flexible and tailored solutions
Most projects have a global scope and are executed in close collaboration with colleagues in other geographies, hence virtual facilitation and some travel may be expected.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will hold a master’s degree in psychology with a focus on the psychosocial working environment and mental well-being. Other skills and experience you will bring are:
- Prior experience working within mental wellbeing from an international environment, or the private sector is valued. Preferably with 3-6 years’ experience.
- Hands on experience in planning and teaching Virtual Instructor-Led Trainings as well as Face-to-Face classrooms and workshops for large audiences
- Professional fluency in both written and verbal English
- Adept with MS Office (PowerPoint and Teams)
- It will be advantageous if you have some experience with project management
The ideal person for this role should have great planning and communication skills, be results-driven, structured, and have an infectious level of commitment. Additionally, they should exhibit a high level of drive, initiative, empathy, and persistence, and thrive in dynamic environments. A positive attitude, high energy, a good sense of humour, and effective engagement with tasks and colleagues are also crucial attributes.
About the department
You will work in a team of highly engaged experts within health and safety to drive improvements across Novo Nordisk globally. The job is located in Novo Nordisk Health team, one of four units in the global Novo Nordisk Health and Safety department, a global staff function located in HQ Bagsværd, DK. Here you will be part of the mental wellbeing group currently consisting of 4 organisational psychologists. The Health and Safety department has the global responsibility for health and safety with more than 50 dedicated colleagues within mental and physical well-being, safety, ergonomics, technical working environment and health promotion. Our role is to safeguard the employee health and well-being throughout the global organisation, enabling line of business to realise Novo Nordisk’s ambitions by providing easy-to-use guidance, tools and data.
