Your role and responsibilities
The L&W Training Centre offers two pillars for training on Lorentzen & Wettre products: Classroom training and self-directed learning, which can be combined to create blended learning. As a learning designer, you develop learning content for different settings. We are looking for applicants with an e-learning background and interest in technical topics. Your tasks include the design and implementation of interactive learning units, technical product training and webinars in modern seminar rooms. Your area of responsibility • Coordinating and initiating international service certification. • Support of e-learning projects with a technical focus, from idea generation to completion, in various multimedia formats and with different authoring tools. • Collaboration with specialist departments in the conception, design and development of product training. • Creative and target group-oriented preparation of learning content with varied learning formats. • Organizing and supporting classroom, live online training and webinars for customers and employees worldwide. • Rollout of the learning offering to internal and external stakeholders worldwide and further development based on requirements. • Compliance with and further development of our quality standards. • Updating and releasing documents for both internal and external use. • Coordinating and initiating international service certification.
Qualifications for the role
- Relevant training in the field of learning design, e-learning or didactics (Master, certified program, or similar) and at least 3 years of professional experience in this field.
- Technical understanding or affinity for the automation industry.
- Written and spoken English skills, precise linguistic expression and good text comprehension.
- Knowledge of Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise360) and Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Experience in training organization and content management in a learning management system.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as the ability to manage projects independently.
- Motivated personality with a well-organized and detail-oriented way of working.
