As Senior Strategy Consultant you report to the Group Vice President and play an instrumental role in shaping the future of our Group AME strategy, as you support the development and execution of the Strategy Initiatives and implementation.

What function will you be joining?
In Group Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME), we are all about pushing the boundaries with new manufacturing technologies for Grundfos. Our team is a vibrant mix of more than 10 different nationalities gathered in Denmark, with more colleagues in China, Hungary and Serbia. Get ready to dive into game-changing projects, strategic planning, and providing invaluable support towards the successful implementation of our initiatives.

Your main responsibilities:

• Support the roll out of the Grundfos strategy in Group AME together with the leadership team, including planning and prioritizing yearly strategic projects, driving continuous follow up and advising on strategic initiatives.
• Work closely together with the Group Vice President of AME on strategy and projects, discussing direction and priorities, facilitating updates, reporting, and strengthening strategic processes.
• Facilitate investment reviews and prioritizations in Group AME.

As a driver of strategy deployment and execution, you communicate and drive plans with your great people skills combined with your personal impact. You are skilled at identifying and managing stakeholders and comfortable working with a diverse group of people and skillsets in an international environment. Moreover, you have a proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate problems and questions.

Here's what we're looking for in a Senior Strategy Consultant:

• Relevant academic background with a few years of experience, but we're also happy to consider passionate graduates with a background in Business Studies.
• Great at coordinating project processes.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a bonus, especially if it is from a large-scale setting.
• Familiar with project management and facilitation techniques.
• Strong English skills, both spoken and written. Danish is a plus.
