Grow within our Employee Communications & Engagement team
As a part of the Global Employee Communications & Engagement team, you’ll have the chance to work with a team of experienced communication professionals who seek to provide meaningful direction and boost employee engagement through world-class communication. You’ll work with a range of internal and external global stakeholders, including leadership and cross-functional colleagues.

Key responsibilities:

  • Content creation and collaboration, working with the team to ensure a consistent flow of content across all channels, including drafting written and visual content to engage our 32,000+ employees globally.
  • Community monitoring and analytics – monitor and track the internal social media channel and regularly provide analytical insights to the team.
  • Manage various internal communication channels, like preparing and distributing internal newsletters and maintaining info screens.
  • Coordination and execution of various corporate projects – collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver on internal events and global employee engagement campaigns.

You have a passion for building strong relationships and credibility, and you have a desire to learn and work in a fast-paced organisation. Additionally, we hope that you have:

  • An educational background in Communications, Business, or Journalism, ideally well into your Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent English skills - verbal and written
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint, and an overall interest in technology
  • Experience within communication, content creation, or event planning
  • Experience using Canva for content creation
  • Familiarity using video editing tools

Your new team
You will join the Employee Communications & Engagement team, a team of communication advisors that serve as strong business partners and create the greatest impact through superior communication advising. The team is part of Pandora’s integrated Global Communications & Sustainability function at our head office in Copenhagen.

Additional information
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
