In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our financial strategy and driving performance improvements across the region.

Your New Role
As the Finance and Business Support Manager for North and Central Europe, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the region to achieve its commercial and financial objectives. You will deliver strategic financial analysis and performance insights, driving both tactical and long-term planning processes. This role involves supporting business growth initiatives and ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals through precise forecasting and transparent financial reporting. You will report to the Finance and Business Support Director and your key responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Analysis: Identify trends and growth opportunities through financial and sales data analysis.
  • Strategic Planning: Support commercial growth with detailed financial analysis and lead the rolling forecast process.
  • Forecasting: Enhance the rolling forecast process and ensure transparent capital allocation.
  • Operational Support: Provide financial support, compliance, budgeting, and reporting. Handle logistics support and ad hoc tasks as needed.

What you bring to the team

  • Min Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical finance or commercial finance
  • Proven track record in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning within a regional role
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with financial processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Sound understanding of SAP, AFO and controlling tools
