Project & Delivery Manager

Overview
As a Project & Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across various domains. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous process improvement.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Be responsible and accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and scope for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with customers to deliver customized, competitive, and innovative technical and software solutions.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, changes, and issues while ensuring effective progress and status reporting,
• Manage project teams across Europe and the US, ensuring synchronization in commitments, communication, schedules, and deliverables.
• Continuously improve project management processes by using standard methodologies.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• A Bachelor’s degree in electronics, electro-technology, or automation, with certified project management training preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in project management.
• Strong communication skills to confidently address executives, colleagues, and customers.
• A strong personal drive and adaptability to change.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience within the wind or solar industry is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving global environment.
