Vestas Technology & Operations > Manufacturing > PE Excellence
Our Production Engineering Excellence department develops and maintains Manufacturing and Production Engineering strategies and principles within Manufacturing technologies & tooling.

Responsibilities

• This role will take the lead and inspire the direction for the following department initiatives
• Develop and implement training and documentation concepts in an interlinked perspective and define the governance for verification and validation for manufacturing processes
• Inspire the development and framework for managing manufacturing requirements within the value chain and training in business processes in VVP (PRO). Be manufacturing representative in Business Processes where Manufacturing is a significant stakeholder
• Identify and maintain production documentation and training concepts for manufacturing. Standard framework for manufacturing requirements management, validation and verification across all projects
• Stakeholder management, close collaboration with stakeholders, E.G. PE functions, factories

Qualifications

• 10 + years relevant experience
• Degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years working matrix or global organization
