We are currently looking for a Finance Analyst to join us on this journey and contribute to our overall purpose: securing people through advanced technology.
Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a vital part in managing cost centers and investments, ensuring financial discipline through accurate analysis, reporting, and insights. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Terma Group to monitor performance, align budgets and forecasts, and identify risks and opportunities.
Additionally, you will drive process improvement initiatives within the newly established FP&A team, focusing on standardization, automation, and enhancing financial operations to support business performance.
Key tasks:
- Cost Center Management: Track, report, and forecast cost centers; analyze variances and collaborate with stakeholders on corrective actions.
- Investment Monitoring: Manage and track investments, providing insights to support decision-making.
- ERP Data Maintenance: Ensure cost and investment data in ERP systems is accurate and up to date.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with budget owners to align on financial performance and enable informed decisions.
- Process Improvement: Support projects aimed at standardization, automation, and reporting enhancements.
- Team Contribution: Help shape the newly established FP&A team, sharing knowledge and building a high-performing environment.
Your Qualifications
- Professional: Experience in cost and investment controlling, reporting, and process standardization.
- Personal: High energy, eagerness to learn, and a structured, detail-oriented approach. Ability to balance detailed analysis with a broader perspective.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position based at Terma’s premises in Brasov, Romania, with some travel expected. The starting date is February 1, 2025.
