We are currently looking for Project Controllers to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose: securing people through advanced technology.
Main Responsibilities
As a Project Controller, your primary focus will be on managing and overseeing the financial aspects of customer projects, from cradle to grave. This includes ensuring accurate project performance reporting, supporting project managers with financial insights, and identifying risks and opportunities. You will also contribute to process improvements and collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners and other stakeholders to drive efficiency and business performance.
Key tasks:
- Ensuring accurate financial updates for projects, including order book maintenance, actuals, and forecasts.
- Acting as the project “CFO” in collaboration with Project Managers and Finance Business Partners.
- Contributing to process standardization and automation initiatives within FP&A and Global Finance.
- Documenting processes and building team knowledge as part of a newly established FP&A team.
- Supporting the development of workflows and tools to enhance project and business performance.
Your Professional Qualifications
- Experience in project controlling, preferably with customer projects.
- Familiarity with standardization and automation of processes and procedures.
- Experience with financial reporting, particularly in a project context.
- A structured mindset with strong attention to detail.

- Interest in working with numbers and attention to detail, balanced with the ability to apply the 80-20 rule for efficiency.
Required Education/Degree
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position based at Terma’s premises in Brasov, Romania, with some travel expected. The starting date is February 1, 2025.
