About the role
We are seeking a Site HSE Senior Manager to join our team of 51 passionate professionals in Site HSE & Permit Management. Our mission is to enhance health and safety at our sites and eliminate unsafe work practices. Yes, that’s right; eliminate unsafe work. Your role will be key in assisting the roll-out of JSE strategies across all projects, managing the Legal Register, conducting audits, and supporting strategies and training aimed at achieving World Class Safety (WCS). You will also ensure the quality of our HSE data, statistic and reports.

How you might spend your days
As Manager in Site HSE, you’ll:
- Lead the audit process, planning, and audit performance according to QMS and SSSP.
- Create and organize safety and health training programs for employees and keep track of our internal competencies and development focus.
- Collaborate with NNE system specialist on the selection, engagement and deployment for a new Legal Register system.
- Participate in World Class Safety matters together with the line of business and in good cooperation with our customers.
- Manage NNE health and safety performance statistics and reports.
- Work on site HSE process and standards to continuously improve safety standards and initiate practical outcomes.
- Immediately stop any unsafe work practices that could cause incidents, harm health, or any activities that are non-compliant with national regulations.
- Participate in incident investigations when needed.

In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Higher formal education in leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree education within HSE (or higher).
- We find it useful and appreciated if you can highlight any qualifications within:
Danish Arbejdsmiljø uddannelse course (AMR 5 days),
education within incident investigation (e.g. TapRoot, TopSet e.c.),
formal education with safety behavior and/or safety awareness,
AMK-B/P (5 days), ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 certificate. - Audit experience on higher level is preferred.
- You speak and write English. Danish speaking and writing is advantage.
