As we are expanding our team, we now seek you, as our Senior Finance Process & Systems Manager. You will manage various complex situations that require clear action and practical solutions.
The team you will be part of
At our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark, you will contribute to the Finance Process team, entrusted with the stewardship of our international financial processes, facilitating the advancement of our finance systems, and collaborating with Finance and IT to move forward on strategic projects and initiatives within our enterprise.
Your role in the Global Group Finance department will immerse you in a globally integrated, versatile workplace, where you'll join forces with a diverse group of peers who work collectively across various facets of the company.

What will you be doing?
We have recently embarked upon a global finance transformational journey with the goal of standardizing and optimizing our finance processes. In addition, we have gone live with our new ERP system, Microsoft D365.
We seek an experienced professional to join us in improving and optimizing our finance processes and systems across the GN Group.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will amongst others be:
- The global process owner and expert in selected finance processes who defines and ensures process standardization, process improvements, process and access controls as well as related system and policy changes.
- The sparring partner on the specialist subject area across the organization from operational level to strategic levels within the senior management teams.
- Ensuring and supporting other Group Finance projects and initiatives as required
- Ensuring progress and prioritization of Microsoft D365 post go-live Change requests (CRs) portfolio for Finance.
- Steward process to ensure that permanent solutions for Finance are implemented post D365 Hypercare period.
- Bridging the D365 release management process between IT and Finance.
- Communicate with finance teams linking finance processes and D365 solution.
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:
- A higher educational background within finance, accounting, business administration or other relevant fields of study.
- Several years of experience within finance, finance processes and systems, business consulting, or related areas – by which you possess an in-depth knowledge of broad finance area and understand interdependencies on a strategic and operational level.
- Well-developed stakeholder- and change management abilities from a complex environment.
- The ability to communicate fluently in English both orally and in writing.
- Candidates with experience in managing projects and transformation initiatives will be considered favourably, although this is not a strict requirement for the job.
Personally, you are well-suited to environments that constantly shift, skillfully balancing current responsibilities with a steady gaze on future aims.
While engaging with stakeholders from different departments, you exhibit considerable professionalism, a solid work ethic, and a clear mindset. Your goal-oriented nature shines through whether you’re working alone or as part of a team – you listen and provide input.
