Job Description
To strengthen our Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) performance and support our shared commitment to safety and sustainability, Danfoss Power Solutions is consolidating the EHS organizations at the Nordborg Campus into one unified team. This transition will enable us to harmonize standards, increase efficiency, and foster a stronger safety culture across our four plants, which employ approximately 1,000 people.
We are seeking an EHS Campus Safety Leader to spearhead this new structure. The EHS Campus Leader will drive compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement while aligning EHS standards with global strategies

You will oversee the execution of Danfoss' global EHS strategies across the Nordborg campus by implementing roadmaps and tactical plans (SEHAP/TIP) that align with site-specific and global objectives.
In addition to strategy implementation, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety performance and environmental sustainability. You will plan and coordinate Safety Events, such as Safety Week, to engage employees and cultivate a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization.
A critical aspect of this role is ensuring compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local EHS regulations.
Finally, as a visible and proactive leader, you will maintain a strong presence on the Nordborg campus, engaging employees and management to embed EHS priorities into daily operations. Collaboration with plant leadership will be essential to integrate best practices and ensure alignment with Danfoss' safety and sustainability goals.
