The position
As Technical Assistant, you will be a key administrative support to our Engineers. You will be working with a great amount of documentation preparation and on a combination of short and long deadlines, often with many tasks at the same time.
Your primary tasks will consist of, but are not limited to:
- Preparing documents and specifications for our packaging products in order to secure that the packed product has the required quality to ensure that Novo Nordisk delivers quality product to customers all over the world
- Securing a smooth and running workflow for your colleagues by keeping adjustments to the documents up to date
- Supporting with creating sketches in Impact or CREO to compose the right packaging design for our marketed products
- Being part of a high performing culture with focus on technical solutions and quality
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we imagine you:
- Hold at least a bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrate a previous experience with technical drawing
- Demonstrate a previous experience from a technical or an administrative position working as Technical Assistant or Technical Designer
- Have some knowledge or a keen interest to work with 2D/3D-drawing in Impact / autoCAD
- Possess high proficiency with MS Office and find it easy to master new IT systems
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
It would be considered as an advantage if you have a previous experience within packaging, within the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

About the department
In Device Manufacturing Development, Secondary Packaging Maintenance, the main task is to safeguard the secondary packaging for our medical devices and combination products marketed by Novo Nordisk. To do so, we have a close collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, global production sites and affiliates.
You will join a team of 10 colleagues with various educations and work experience that are highly dependent on your ability to support and meet deadlines.
