The Position
As Process Supporter, you will provide support for our packaging and distribution processes to ensure efficient production. The daily tasks will be to support process optimization, including SOP updates and operator training, and lead improvements identified by our skilled workers and operators.
You will join a support team consisting of approximately 14 people, supporting processes in clinical production.
We work in day shifts, and after the training period, you will participate in the on-call rotation to support production outside of regular hours along with other Process Supporters, in a 5-week rotation.
Your main focus will be on:
• Providing support on the shopfloor.
• Ensuring process improvements.
• Handling of change requests and deviations.
• Reviewing batches.
Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
• Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in production engineering, chemical engineering or similar.
• Have experience and/or knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), which is considered a plus.
• Have full professional proficiency in verbal and written Danish and English.
As a person, you are a team player with a good sense of humour. Showing initiative and flexibility are abilities you like to build your working day on.
Having a curious mind, ability to work independently, while having good planning and organizational skills are key skills we are building on in our team. Thriving in a dynamic environment, with good stakeholder management skills and ability to make quick decisions are crucial in this role.
A significant part of our work involves complex problem-solving, workflow and process optimizations, as well as providing guidance and support to production – including cross-functional project work. We have a high level of professionalism and strive every day to deliver the best possible quality.
About the Department
Clinical Supplies Packaging & Shipping (CSPS) is part of CMC Development and Scaling is responsible for packaging and shipping medicine for clinical trials worldwide. The department has expanded its capacity over the past few years and now consists of 6 teams with approximately 100 employees. Additionally, the department has worked on improving the quality level of clinical packaging through several automation projects and now consists of multiple packaging lines with associated facilities that need to be continuously adapted to exciting new research areas where new products and devices are introduced. This requires us to be able to deliver packaged products for ongoing clinical trials and simultaneously modify our packaging lines with new formats. With an increase in volume concerning clinical trials, there is an increased demand for stable operations as well as a requirement for the development and maintenance of tools for data collection, which need to be visualized so we can improve our automated packaging processes.
