Director, Integrated Digital and Campaigns

As the Integrated Digital & Campaigns lead will develop, drive, and deliver a digital marketing strategic plan at an exceptional level, bringing both leadership and detail-oriented execution skills to the role. Role & responsibilities
You will define and execute our digital strategy and conduct integrated campaigns through digital first & audience led approach, with primary focus on creating digital engagement and generating demand. You will align thought leadership, SEO, and product-related content with the company's primary business goals and demonstrate a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing mechanics.
Furthermore, you will:
- Leadership: Lead the activities of the Integrated Digital and Campaigns department, including managing and developing a high-performing team. Responsible for the annual department budget, and acting as an advocate for best-in-class digital marketing, educating others on the value of integrated campaigns.
- Strategy development: In coordination with Marketing Leadership, set appropriate goals for our digital marketing practice, and define strategic approach.
- Social media: lead global social media & influencer marketing practices, defining goals, strategy, tools and guidelines/policies. Strengthen internal programs on employee social amplification.
- Campaign management: develop and execute integrated campaign strategy and plan aligned with product, industry and following Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP). Monitor channel performance for optimization opportunities, against key metrics.
- Web marketing: Define web site strategy to optimize web presence - increase traffic and conversions. Build an maintain a SEO practice that guides overall content production and particularly web site copy.
- Performance Management: Optimize campaigns to maximize leads, pipeline, and revenue while minimizing the cost of acquisition. Analyze and optimize program elements based on real-time results, always looking to improve marketing ROI. Optimize web presence to increase traffic and conversions.
- Content marketing: define content plan for digital and campaigns and manage content production in close partnership with Corporate Marketing, align the content and SEO strategies to reach and engage our key audiences across our multiple market segments.
- Demand generation: develop and execute a comprehensive digital multi-channel demand generation strategy through audience led campaigns. Focus on driving leads and optimizing funnel conversion rates. Close collaboration with Demand Generation team in identifying, nurturing, and converting customer intent into measurable opportunity pipeline and revenue. Your team will accelerate matching our products and solutions with customer demand by delivering relevant, timely and personalized content to targeted audiences and personas across the customer journey and through multiple customer interaction channels.
- Mar-tech: Collaborate with Marketing Ops on the buying and implementation of mar-tech stack, creating a fully integrated and scalable system.
- Agency management: Act as direct point of contact with paid media and content agencies, overseeing scope of work, budget management and execution of deliverables.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who master the art of communication, enabling you to build positive and collaborative cross-functional and cross regional relationships. You have the ability to manage senior (C- level) stakeholders and have experience working with various levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. You have strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Furthermore, you have:
- 8+ years of experience in Integrated Marketing in B2B companies (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Strong knowledge in Digital Marketing (Social, Web, Paid media, SEO)
- Solid knowledge of various Marketing Technology platforms with the ability to work day-to-day within the tools; marketing automation platforms, website personalization, etc.
- Highly experienced in B2B performance marketing with a successful track record in managing and executing high-volume digital and demand generation programs.
- Deep understanding of demand generation best practices and ability to implement a test-and-learn approach for engaging prospects and customers throughout the customer journey.
- In-depth experience with marketing analytics, and CRM platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce)
- Experience creating video content and other formats (e.g. podcasts).
- Experience managing remote teams.
- Experience with AI capabilities applied at different stages of digital marketing.
