Are you ready to make an impact at Danfoss? In this key role within the HydronicS division, you will be responsible for driving the strategic people agenda and organizational development for our District Energy Business Unit, a key part of Climate Solutions with a promising green agenda.
In this role you will partner with senior leaders, leadership teams, and cross-functional HR Partners driving organizational initiatives and deliver results. You will be expected to think out the box, question status quo as well as challenge the business, your colleagues and yourself.
Your coaching and mentoring skills will be essential to drive the leadership agenda, team performance and employee engagement. In addition, your ability to collaborate across cultures with respect and awareness of differences will be essential for success.
Job Responsibilities
As our HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in designing and implementing the people and organizational strategy. You’ll partner with leadership teams to enhance work relationships, advise them on complex HR matters, considering current and future challenges and cultivate growth mindset.
The Danfoss organization has recently changed the operating model, and the HR Business Partner team is a vital part of ensuring a successful implementation. One of many important tasks is to integrate our sales organization into the Business Unit.
Responsibilities for this position also include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Drive cultural transformation and change management initiatives supporting teams in different development stages.
- Provide guidance on organizational design and development, succession planning, performance management and other HR practices.
- Coach and mentor leaders to drive greater performance and employee engagement.
- Integrate and use available organizational data and human capital metrics to support effective and sustainable decision making.
We prefer this role to be based at our Silkeborg, Nordborg, Hamburg, or Tuchom site.
Background & Skills
We are looking for a candidate with a solid foundation in HR and experience partnering with senior leaders in a global setting. You excel at balancing strategic goals and operational tasks while fostering strong relationships across the organization.
Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have:
- A demonstrable record of success as an HR Business Partner, leadership experience, or equivalent, with a keen interest in HR management.
- Proven expertise in leading change management and guiding teams through transitions.
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or a relevant field.
- Experience in coaching senior leaders and driving strategic initiatives.
- Comprehensive understanding of key HR functions and processes.
- Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in English and a willingness to travel as needed.
