Student Assistant for International Management Support

Then DanChurchAid’s International Department is the right place for you.
You will be working in our office in Copenhagen and be part of the support unit for International Department. International Department works with long term development and humanitarian aid, support to international programmes, global advocacy, fundraising, learning, quality assurance, strategy, monitoring and reporting.
Your role will be to assist the International Department Coordinator with the tasks stated below.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Support to the setup of meetings and events
- Participate in meetings and take minutes when relevant
- Close follow up on meeting invitations
- Support to the department coordinator on budget related tasks:
- Handling of incoming invoices
- Handling of payment requests
- Administrative tasks and support to visa applications
- Potentially support with process improvements
Key competencies:
- Service-minded & good collaboration skills
- Structured & detail-oriented
- Independent and a can-do approach
- Excellent writing skills & good with numbers
- Profound understanding of how to work with Microsoft Office, Excel in particular.
- Fluency in oral and written English
- French and/or Arabic would be an advantage but is not a requirement
We expect you to be in the last year of your bachelor or have at least 1 ½ year left of your master's degree. We are mostly interested in your personal skills and competencies. Your specific study programme is less important.
