Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Motivating and supporting employees in the implementation of the company's strategy and business supporting function for top management, line management and employees.
• Company’s recruiting processes, including personality tests
• Organization’s onboarding, training and talent development processes
• Running HR processes like annual employee performance assessment, employee survey and others
• Supporting the organization in the change management area
• Leading and contributing to projects when needed both locally in Poland and for the HR Solar Group community.
• Ongoing cooperation with HR departments of the Solar Group and its subsidiaries with pro-active approach to introducing new ideas and sharing best practices
• HR reporting tasks

Our requirements:

• University degree within the field of Human Resources Management, Psychology or other relevant
• Minimum 3 years of experience within HR, including solid experience with the full employee life circle (employer branding, recruitment, test assessment, onboarding, development and exit)
• Strategic focus, the ability to connect HR tasks to the company's strategy.
• Experienced communicator with high skills in both written and verbal form both in Polish and in English.
• Experienced user of Ms Excel, Word and PowerPoint
