We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled colleague to enhance our Operational Excellence.
As our new team member, you'll play a crucial role in operating and optimizing our NOC and DevOps functions. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the seamless operation of our SaaS platform, driving uptime, performance, and scalability.

- Monitor, maintain, and optimise cloud infrastructure environments.
- Ensure high availability and optimal performance of SaaS applications.
- Respond to and resolve alerts and incidents swiftly to maintain SLAs.
- Collaborate with development teams to automate processes and deployments using tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Continuously improve operational practices and infrastructure through automation and innovation.
- Participate in 24/7 support rotation to provide around-the-clock oversight.
Who are you?

However, we do recognize that a successful candidate to this role requires some very concrete knowledge - and therefore, we imagine that you come with experience in the following:
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with network monitoring tools and managing large-scale applications.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Proficient in DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to incident management.
- Fluent communication skills in English.
- Bonus points for certifications in DevOps, networking, cybersecurity or ITIL v4.
