Job requirements:
To succeed in the job, you need to have:

• a broad understanding of international Gas fundamentals
• an analytical mindset and strong ability to navigate the markets
• minimum 1,5 years of relevant proprietary gas trading experience
• a Master’s degree in finance, mathematics, economics, or a relevant field
• strong attention to detail, and numerical accuracy
• an interest in trading and energy markets
• a strong teamplayer spirit with a competitive nature, and you thrive in taking responsibility

Potentially you also possess some competences in portfolio management and bidding strategies for assets.

Job responsibilities:
As an experienced Gas Trader, you will be challenged every day in one of the most exciting world commodity markets.

Among your responsibilities are:

• Building and executing trading strategy
• Participate in building our asset portfolio and managing the resulting exposures and risks
• Focus on proprietary gas trading – both short and long term
• Ensure compliance with regulations and reporting within the Energy Market
• Analyses of trading performance and trading metrics to ensure informed decisions are made
• Close correspondence with our it-team
• Participating in shift rotation (ad hoc - based on market opportunity)

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
The position is full-time and is based in the centre of Aarhus, Denmark.
