We’re looking for talented Hands-On Manager of Talent Acquisition to join our People & Culture team in Copenhagen or London.

As a Manager of Talent Acquisition at Monta, you'll drive our talent acquisition strategy to fuel Monta's growth. Leading our recruitment team, you'll build and refine processes that attract top talent and support a seamless candidate experience.

Since our technology is compatible with all charge point brands (!), we aim to help everyone enjoy the same, consistent charging experience: from EV drivers in their homes to charge point owners, EV charging businesses or EV fleets. We tackle the complexities of the ecosystem in a truly technological way, providing a tailored software solution for all things EV.

We recently closed a huge Series B round, totalling 80M EUR! In other words: we’re well on our way to revolutionizing the global EV charging experience. And how will we use our new funding? Here are some things you’ll be working on:

  • Take a Hands-On role and lead by example, attracting top talent and building a strong pipeline through strategic relationships and technology.
  • Coach and empower a high-performing TA team, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability while embodying company values.
  • Develop scalable, efficient hiring processes and tools to ensure high-quality recruitment outcomes.
  • Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruiting performance and achieve hiring goals.

How you'll succeed - Your key outcomes will be:
It’s not just what you do – how your work impacts our products and processes is also important to us. Besides the tasks you complete, we’ll also be measuring the tangible outcomes and improvements you set in motion – which will (hopefully) increase your professional growth and satisfaction with us at the same time.

  • Strategic Impact: Implement innovative hiring strategies, leveraging AI and technology to boost efficiency, diversity, and hire quality. Build a future-ready talent pipeline aligned with business needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing TA team, fostering empowerment, collaboration, and growth. Provide coaching and mentoring to drive measurable professional development.
  • Cultural Alignment: Embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in all hiring processes while modeling company values and fostering alignment with organizational goals.
  • Employer Branding: Strengthen Monta’s employer brand to attract top talent, showcasing its culture and values in a competitive market.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of talent trends and industry dynamics, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Workforce Planning: Align hiring forecasts with business growth by collaborating with the VP of People & Culture and FP&A.
  • Partnerships: Manage strategic partnerships, tools, and vendors to amplify hiring efforts and diversity initiatives.

To do this, we imagine you to have the following experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with 3+ years in a leadership role within a high-growth or technology company.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, inspire a culture of excellence, and foster professional growth within the recruitment function.
  • Experience with Commercial and Operations hiring in high growth or technology companies. Technical hiring is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience developing and implementing high-impact hiring strategies, especially in fast-paced, scaling environments.
  • Creative problem-solver who is comfortable with ambiguity and energized by the challenge of finding and securing the best talent.

What’s the salary range for this role?
The salary range for this role in Copenhagen is between 55,000 - 60,000 DKK per month. (Our offer will be based on the level of your experience.)
