Global Repair Operation is a part of Global Service. We aim to repair and deliver materials and services to Service teams across the Globe. We are continuously developing our repair business and strategy to enable us to improve the technical solution and design of the repair footprint.

Production Engineering & Continuous Improvement is a support function in Global Repair Operation, where our highest priority is to support the business.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support Kaizen workshops, value stream mappings, process improvements and standards.
• Promote Lean thinking, culture, and the Lean toolbox among GRO employees.
• Conduct monthly follow-up meetings on Lean implementation, assessments and contribute to the GRO newsletter regarding ongoing Lean activities
• Support the CI Lead in creating training materials and support with Lean implementations
• Participate in Daily Management meetings in production
• Assist in Lean audits and assessments, both locally and globally and provide data for gap analysis and process improvements

Qualifications

• Documented experience in Lean methodologies, including Kaizen, PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act), and Value Stream Mapping and experience with Lean tools such as 5S, Kanban, proper problem solving and Visual Management
• Familiarity with project management skills, with the ability to plan, implement, and monitor Lean initiatives and to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Previous experience in coaching and training employees in Lean tools
• High communication skills for coordinating and facilitating follow-up meetings and collaborating with stakeholders, and problem-solving skills supporting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
• User knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint etc. and interest and skills within digitalization and industry 4.0 methodologies
• Fluent in English and Danish, written and spoken
• Drivers licence B

• High focus and understanding of safety, quality, Lean "toolbox" and systems
• Awareness of risk management, RCA (Root Course Analysis) and mitigation (CAPA "Corrective and Preventive action")
• Continuous Improvement mindset focusing on improving capacity and capability constrains
• Project and change management skills enabling you to define and implement initiatives supporting Global Repair Operation growth strategy
• Great administrative skills enabling you to document Lesson Learned, Best Business Practices and to create an accessible and easy to use structure
• High process and coordination skills enabling you to perform assessments/Audits and create transparency of task status and resource utilization

You should expect some travel activity, approximately 20 - 30 days per year.
