In this role, you’ll play a key role in ensuring an excellent employee experience at every stage of the journey. You’ll help manage critical HR processes and support the team with your expertise and organisation skills.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll manage our HR inbox, responding to questions from employees and managers. Be the helpful and friendly face of our team!
  • Overseeing and optimising recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. From finding the right talent to making sure their farewell is just as smooth, you’ll have it covered.
  • Keep everything in order by uploading contracts, addendums, salary letters, and other important documents into our HR system.
  • Dive into our people data and help us keep things organised and up-to-date.
  • Keep our handbooks and policies up to date, ensuring compliance and clarity.
  • Help us automate administrative tasks, streamline processes, and free up time for other cool projects.

What we’re looking for:

  • You enjoy helping others, whether it’s answering employee questions, clarifying policies, or finding solutions to unexpected challenges. You’re driven by the idea of creating a seamless employee experience.
  • You have a natural flair for creating structure, improving workflows, and keeping things on track,
  • You can manage multiple tasks effectively and communicate with confidence,
  • You’re comfortable working with data and can spot patterns or insights that help guide decisions,
  • You’re tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new tools and systems quickly.
  • It’s not a must, but HR experience from the retail industry is definitely a plus.
