As Group Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Manager, you will stand at the forefront of our safety agenda, collaborating closely with colleagues across production, operations, and senior leadership to embed a strong safety-first culture throughout the organization.
Your key tasks & responsibilities
- Drive and embed the safety-first culture across Royal Unibrew.
- Establish, head up, and drive the Group Safety Network, promoting cross-border collaboration.
- Support the Group CSR team with uniform and transparent reporting of Safety KPIs.
- Communicate and champion the safety-first agenda internally.
- Act as the central point of contact on OHS matters, ensuring alignment across all countries.
- Develop and roll out OHS processes, including a group audit program.
- Work toward achieving LTI targets and reducing incident severity at the group level.
- Drive the implementation of safety procedures based on the existing strengths of the group while addressing gaps.
Your profile looks a lot like this
- A bachelor’s degree within a relevant Supply Chain, OHS, or production-related area.
- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience preferably within the food or beverage industry. Candidates with less experience may also be considered if they have held high-impact roles that provided substantial expertise in OHS tasks.
- Preferably, experience working in an international matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels, from production teams to senior leadership.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with the willingness to challenge the status quo when necessary.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Willingness to travel up to 30 days per year, primarily short trips within Europe.
Where will you be located?
We prefer candidates based at Royal Unibrew’s headquarters in Faxe, Denmark, with excellent flexibility for remote and hybrid work.
Alternatively, you can be based at one of our sites in either Norway, Finland, or the Netherlands, provided you can regularly spend working days in Denmark.
As our new OHS Manager, you will become part of the global Group Supply Chain Team, reporting directly to Lars Boe Larsen, Head of Group Supply Chain.
