Salesforce Senior Business Analyst/Functional Consultant, Group IT

The team you will be part of
As our new Senior Business Analyst in our Salesforce Order Management team at GN, you will be a key link between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating needs into effective commercial platforms in GN Hearing. We are in the middle of a strategic program to replace our existing ERP solution.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to decompose complex business processes into actionable solution designs and manageable tasks, making technical concepts understandable to non-technical teams
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate business requirements, ensuring that each session has a clear purpose, agenda, and defined outcomes
• Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring all technical and business requirements are properly captured and communicated to the development team
• Create detailed documentation of business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Act as a liaison between business teams and developers, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables and ensuring the quality and consistency of solution designs by conducting reviews and making recommendations for improvements

To fulfill the requirements of the role, we imagine that you have

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or a similar role within Salesforce Order Management or a comparable platform with a solid understanding of order management processes
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to listen to stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with the hearing care industry or order management / service processes
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Experience within SAFe and Azure DevOps is valuable
• Architectural experience is beneficial
