We’re on an exciting journey to become the best everyday bank in the Nordics, and we’re looking for two Student Workers in Compliance to help us keep everything running smoothly while we reach for the moon.

Compliance at Lunar

In this role, you’ll work closely with a team that believes Compliance is essential and exciting. Together, we challenge the norms, embrace structure, and keep things innovative.

What you’ll do

• Dive into processes and procedures, ensuring compliance while optimizing them for simplicity and efficiency.
• Work with colleagues across Lunar to find creative solutions that push boundaries.
• Teach and train your teammates on compliance topics, making them accessible and engaging.
• Explore the features of our compliance and risk systems, helping us unlock their full potential.
• Bring the mindset of a project manager, circus artist (think juggling priorities), and tech curiosity to your work.

Who you are
We think you’ll thrive in this role if:

• You’re currently studying Law, Finance, IT, or a similar field, i.e. any discipline that shows you love structure and data.
• You enjoy explaining complex topics in simple, clear ways.
• You love collaborating and see yourself as a team player through and through.
• You’re tech-savvy and curious about how systems and tools can help us improve.
• You’re excited to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun while doing it.
