At FOSS, we create high-tech analytical solutions for the agricultural and food industries. From our Innovation Centre in Hillerød, you will join the Projects & Excellence team, reporting to the Head of Projects & Excellence, Jacob Flemming Rasmussen. The role will specifically focus on projects related to optimizing our IQX operations, impacting both our customers and more than 300 colleagues across our subsidiaries.
What is the job really like?
You will be part of a Projects & Excellence team with 10 colleagues. Your role will be to lead by example in project execution for IQX-related initiatives. You will manage several projects often characterized by uncertainty regarding scope and benefits and take them to a state where they can be executed effectively. You will drive projects with a key focus on clear deliverables and effective completion. Additionally, you will interface with various areas of the organization, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Our expectations of you:
- Proven Project Leadership: Successfully lead and deliver projects on time and within scope
- Agile Methodology Experience: Familiarity with Scrum and iterative development processes
- Sharp Prioritization: Ability to define, break down, and prioritize deliverables, ensuring focus on the most critical tasks
- ITIL Knowledge: Basic understanding of ITIL principles (certification not required)
- SaaS Experience: Experience working with or in a SaaS company
- Effective Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure expectations are met
- Risk Management: Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Strong Communication Skills: Convey project status clearly to teams and leadership
- Focus on Delivery: Drive projects to completion with speed and quality
