Our Data Department is part of the Novo Nordisk Foundation's Impact Area. The department delivers advanced data-driven reports and solutions that align with the Foundation’s strategy and key objectives within the sustainability agenda. Through our annual Societal Impact, Grant and CSRD reports we strive to show the impact across the entire value chain of the Foundation.
The Impact Area comprises 15 highly skilled and passionate colleagues, including seven members in the Data Department. The Job
As our new ESG/CRSD Manager, you will be the Foundation’s expert on CSRD and ESG standards and regulations. Further, you will be responsible for developing the Foundation’s ESG governance framework, facilitating decision-making and aligning our ESG and CSRD initiatives with NNF’s overall sustainability objectives.
Your tasks will include:
- Control and drive the CSRD reporting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Run foundation-wide projects, including the annual double materiality assessments, stakeholder interviews and input, and data collection and management.
- Develop and conduct analyses of the sustainability of the Foundation’s activities.
- Establish, develop and manage efficient annual reporting processes, including timelines for data collection, auditing processes, and stakeholder involvement.
Professional and Personal Qualifications
Our ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in sustainability, business, economics or a related field, with demonstrated academic achievement.
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in ESG reporting or governance, or sustainability accounting within a corporate setting. Furthermore, you will have:
- Excellent understanding of ESG standards, CSRD regulations, and frameworks, and other relevant guidelines.
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating complex processes involving diverse stakeholders.
- Strong data management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills for synthesizing findings and driving alignment across internal teams.
