Your role and responsibilities
As a Project Operations Manager in Low Voltage Systems, Smart Power Division, Electrification, you'll be key to making sure our strategic projects run smoothly. Your main job is to ensure our low voltage switchgear projects follow company procedures, meet contract specifications, maintain quality standards, and adhere to health, safety, and environmental requirements. You'll also need to hit financial targets and stick to schedules. Plus, you'll coordinate and oversee team development and standardize processes to keep improving our project execution team's effectiveness. This role is high-impact and needs strong leadership, operational know-how, and the ability to work well with multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic local and global setting. #LI-Hybrid Key responsibilities:  Lead and manage complex engineering and technical projects, making sure they're delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.  Coordination of risk-, cost-, and change management.  Ensure contracts and claims are managed according to our policies and agreements.  Track and report on project performance, making sure we hit KPIs and find ways to improve.  Inspire and guide the PMO team to create a culture of courage, curiosity, collaboration, and creativity.  Develop and implement best practices for the PMO team to improve project work-flows, resource allocation, and risk management.  Work with cross-functional teams, clients, and leadership to align project outcomes with strategic goals.  Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both inside and out-side the company.

Qualifications for the role

• 5+ years of project manager experience.
• Minimum B.Sc. degree within a relevant field
• Certification in project management
• Background in the field of electrical engineering
• A business-focused mindset
• Proven leadership skills
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Fluency in Norwegian and business-level English
