Technical Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain strong business relationships with existing customers and LSOs.
- Support the development of new customers within relevant applications.
- Prepare and provide technical support for offers.
- Clarify technical queries and type approvals with customers and LSOs.
- Coordinate internally with the engineering department for quotations.
- Update QFU sheets and RFQ folders.
- Work with the C4C Sales CRM Tool to manage customer interactions and data.
- Agree on deadlines for the submission of quotations or design proposals.
- Create quotations through MCAU/ExCon within given limitations.
- Follow internal rules and EB Management Principles (DOA) and Freudenberg Guiding and Business Principles.
- Support KAM/IC in the reporting process.
Qualifications:
- Technical education (BE Mechanical Engineering) with relevant commercial knowledge which can support international sales.
- Strong technical background and understanding of RFQ processes.
- Knowledge about design codes and standards as well as manufacturing capacity.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly C4C Sales CRM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Ready to walk an extra mile and taking ownership
