Welcome to Americas Asset Management
You’ll be part of Offshore Asset Management where you, together with your colleagues, will Develop an understanding of how the offshore wind business works and provide you with broad exposure to all the functions and stakeholders that support the operations of our growing portfolio. As a team, we Own the P&L for our business. We are highly collaborative as we all bring different skills to the table, working on a broad range of issues ranging from commercial negosiations to safety leadership.
You’ll play an important role in:
- developing the annual asset budget
- collaborating with joint venture partners
- developing opportunities with cross-functional teams
- supporting risk management activities
- presenting updates and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
To succeed in the role, you:
- are delivery orientated, including executing on discrete workstreams and initiatives
- have creative thinking and innovative approach to problem solving
- possess an analytical mindset, including ability to evaluate and extract insights from an asset’s business case
- maintain structured and organized approach to managing workload, contracts, and engagement with stakeholders
- have strong presentation skills, including comfort with communicating to senior stakeholders in both formal and informal settings.
