About the Team
As part of expanding the Pandora Digital and Technology organisation in Copenhagen, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to effectively drive agile teams’ improvement and delivery. You will be joining our Scrum Master Center of Excellence under our internal transformation domain working together with other scrum masters and transformation coaches. Being part of a central CoE, you will be assigned to one or more agile teams and work closely with the stakeholders of that domain.
Your role as Scrum Master
- Ensure execution of roadmaps, priority initiatives and realization of outcomes by empowering and supporting product teams within the area you support
- Improve Agile mindset and ways of working in the area you support
- Coach and mentor team members, product managers, and leadership
- Guide the team in their maturity journey making them a self-sustaining high performing
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, iteration planning, demos, and retrospectives, and work closely together with Product Owners on how to refine and prioritize the backlog
- Remove impediments for the team to make sure that they reach their objectives and deliver the committed business value
- Work with leadership on removing reoccurring structural roadblocks and risks, and removing impediments for the team to make sure that they reach their objectives and deliver the committed business value
- Ensure that the team is tracking their work, dependencies, and risks
- Be an active member of the Scrum Master CoE, working together your colleagues to build knowledge and standardize across
- Support the team capacity planning and budget planning
- Support Pandora DevOps transformation in the teams
What is needed to succeed
- 2+ years of experience as a scrum master with proven capabilities in Agile methodologies, leadership behaviours, and mindset
- Experience in working in scaled Agile set-up with multiple teams collaborating on the same product within SAFe, Spotify or similar models
- Experience in working with teams implementing global solution across multiple markets
- Servant leadership mindset and great coaching skills, you can empower and educate the team in delivery
- Thorough understanding and interest in technology and the variety of disciplines and interplays involved in digital delivery
- Experience of working with DevOps teams is a plus Jira tooling experience is a plus
