Would you like to manage new product introduction projects in Grundfos electronics factory?
What is the job about?
As the Senior PM – New Product Introduction you build the bridge between Product Development and Operations to secure alignment and expectations going both ways.
Furthermore, you will:
- Establish and implement project plans.
- Monitor activities, allocate resources, and assign tasks to ensure that targets are met.
- Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
- Take responsibility for stakeholder management.
- Identify, resolve, or escalate operational problems and minimize delays.
- Support and coordinate a clear and transparent agreement with the Project Board/key stakeholders regarding the aims of the Project (benefits, cost, quality, risk, scope, time).
- Create clear and transparent agreements with the team managers/delivery managers by involving them in the planning and activate them via work package.
Your background:
We imagine that you have:
- Experience managing defined processes within project management.
- Industry experience within a business environment; experience working in a large manufacturing environment.
- Most likely 5-6 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
- Solid knowledge of the plans, processes, and activities within the functional area of project management.
- Significant stakeholder management abilities.
- Great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws, and regulations where applicable.
- High level of English both verbal and written
- Master’s Degree or equivalent.
- Supply chain background is preferred.
