About the role
frog is the reinvention and experience partner driving impact for our clients in the eco-digital era. We partner with passionate leaders and visionary entrepreneurs and apply strategy, data, creativity and design to re-invent businesses, drive growth, and orchestrate customer centric transformation. We are seeking a commercially driven senior manager to develop and grow our team in Denmark, while also playing a key role in the development of frog across Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. This is an opportunity for a strategic leader who combines deep business acumen with a passion for innovation and transformation to join our fantastic team. At frog, you will focus on empowering clients to realize bold ideas, execute them effectively, and scale sustainable, human-centric transformation. In this role, you will join our cross-geography Customer Experience (CX) Transformation team, partnering with clients to transform their CX strategy, marketing, sales, commerce, and customer service functions. Your mission will be to accelerate growth by driving new business, growing our team and enhancing our team’s capabilities, as well as building strong partnerships across the whole Sweden-Denmark-Finland region and globally.

Your skills & career
We are looking for a seasoned professional who truly wants to make a mark on the Danish market, liaison with frog studios internationally, and further develop the local commercial strategy and agenda. Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Growth: Scale the business by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, leveraging frog Sweden, Denmark and Finland skillsets and assets as well as frog’s established reputation and global network.
  • Team Development: Build, lead, and expand a high-performing team with diverse skills, ensuring excellence in delivery and innovation.
  • Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute the local regional business strategy while collaborating with frog studios worldwide to align with our global agenda.
  • Client Transformation: Drive measurable impact for clients by reimagining their CX agendas and guiding them through end-to-end transformations that achieve sustainable growth.

You are a seasoned professional with a proven track record in driving business growth and client development, leading teams, and delivering exceptional solutions. You possess:
• Experience: Background in management consulting, strategy, innovation, or business development with exposure to customer experience, business transformation, or similar environments.
• Analytical Acumen: Exceptional problem-solving skills combined with a strategic and innovative mindset.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and drive change.
• Leadership Expertise: Demonstrated experience leading teams, mentoring talent, and fostering collaboration.
• Academic Excellence: Master’s degree in Business & Economics, Industrial Engineering or other relevant field with strong academic credentials.
