Stay tuned! We are currently looking for a People Consultant to enable our business on our growth jour- ney. You will keep the engine running and be the go-to expert in areas such as administra- tion, recruitment, on/offboarding and employee engagement. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy working on administrative tasks while contributing to strategic people initiatives. Your primary tasks will be: • Administration: Team assistant tasks such as coordination of meetings, travel assis- tance and general support. • HR Administration: Preparing employment contracts and supplements, managing and maintaining HR records and databases while ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. • • • • • Payroll administration: Assisting with payroll processes in close cooperation with our external payroll provider. Recruitment Support: Supporting job postings, candidate sourcing, facilitating the hir- ing process and participate in interviews when relevant Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinating and improving processes for welcoming new hires and managing employee departures. Compliance: Assisting in drafting, updating, and communicating relevant policies (e.g. GDPR) Employee Engagement: Assisting in organizing team-building activities, feedback sessions, and employee wellness initiatives. A team player who thrives in a dynamic work environment. Skilled at planning, structuring and implementing tasks, and then you focus o on fol- low-through and completion. • • Able to express yourself clearly in English writing and in speech. Known for your natural curiosity and desire to understand other people, for your calm and informal appearance, for being able to easily enter into various working relation- ships and for your empathy and good situational awareness. You have an office education supplemented with relevant courses or training in HR, e.g. subjects from academy training in HR or similar. More than 3 years of experience would be beneficial.
