OJ Electronics, a market-leading producer of underfloor heating solutions and HVAC drives and controllers, is looking for a senior-level product manager who can keep our AHU controllers competitive and our business successful.

Working closely with sales, other OJ departments, and our customers, you’ll have a real mandate to make decisions that drive our business forward.

Your role
At OJ, you’ll be expected to:

• Come up with ideas for new products that reflect customer and market needs
• Work closely with specific key accounts in both short-term problem-solving and long-term solution development
• Build product roadmaps that will secure our continued competitive edge
• Support the launch of new products
• Support sales in their dialog with customers
• Handle product claims
• Take part in development projects
• Support your colleagues and our customers with product training
• Understand the competitive landscape and develop value propositions for new/updated products

Our expectations

• Good general business understanding
• Preferably, experience working with configurable and/or programmable controllers
• A high level of spoken and written English proficiency
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A team player who gets along and works effectively with other people
• Experience as product manager
