FP&A Reporting Manager role offers the opportunity to re-design, align, automate, and professionalize management reporting, that will drive critical business decisions across the organisation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership presenting data-driven narratives that guide strategic decision-making and drive organizational success. This is a high-visibility role, with critical impact on the global business and company’s strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of high-quality, accurate, and timely management reports, offering clear insights into business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, partnering across departments to ensure reporting aligns with strategic priorities and business objectives.
- Collaborate with broader FP&A team to align reporting outputs with forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Craft executive-level presentations, turning data into actionable insights and delivering concise, visually compelling reports that inform key decisions.
- Analyse financial results, forecasts, and variances to identify key drivers of performance and provide forward-looking insights.
- Continuously refine and automate reporting processes, leveraging best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with teams across finance, operations, and other functions to ensure alignment and consistency in reporting standards.
Qualifications and competences
- At least 5+ years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, financial analysis, or related roles with a proven track record of process improvement and implementing best practices in financial reporting
- Proficiency in Excel, financial systems (e.g. SAP, D365) and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau). Machine learning knowledge is a plus.
- Strong ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams within an international, global environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to details and a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Education. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
- Full professional proficiency in written and oral English
