Therefore, we are currently looking for a Business Controller to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.
Team and Role
As our new Business Controller you will be focusing on production controlling of our highly specialized factory in Grenaa producing F-35 parts. In addition, you will drive financial planning and analysis and work closely together with the Finance team in Terma. You will also participate in ensuring effective reporting as well as be responsible for budgeting and forecasting procedures.
You will become part of a dedicated team where we thrive to help each other; hence, you will get the opportunity to work with a variety of different tasks.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Production controlling of a highly specialized factory producing F-35 parts. Including analysis of efficiency and potential improvement areas
- Key position connecting the manufacturing with the business side of Terma by being a touchpoint for production managers and continuously reporting to management
- Variance analysis & financial impact calculations
- Budgeting and forecasting of production related metrics
Qualifications
The key qualifications include:
- You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Accountancy
- Preferable you have 3-5 years of professional experience
- Experience with Power-BI is an advantage but not a requirement
Personal Profile:
- You have good communication skills and speak and write English effortlessly
- You are structured and able to plan ahead, and find an interest in understanding how business operations and the planning tools are working together
- You have a high drive and are energetic
- You are eager to achieve results with the team
- You are ambitious and want to learn and grow
