Are you ready to kickstart your career in IT? We are currently looking for an IT Support Student Worker to join our team in our Copenhagen office!

Our mission is to provide top-tier infrastructure and on-site support, enabling our employees to deliver world-class IT solutions in the Identity Access Management and Governance space. As an IT Support Student Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to our staff and students, helping troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.

This position offers hands-on experience in maintaining computer systems, peripherals, and software applications, along with opportunities to build skills in managing cloud-based Microsoft infrastructure.

In addition, as an ISO 27001 certified organization, you will help ensure compliance with security policies and gain valuable insights into our Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Location Requirement

This position is primarily on-site at our Copenhagen office, with the option to work remotely on occasion. As such, we are looking for candidates based in or near Copenhagen who can easily commute to our office when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Tasks
:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to staff and students in person, via phone, or through remote access tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software applications.
  • Assist in management of user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.

Additional Contributions
:

  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in the inventory management of IT equipment and peripherals.
  • Document technical procedures and resolutions for future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with common productivity software, such as Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in IT support or customer service is a plus
