Salesforce Senior Business Analyst with Agile Mindset, Group IT

You will join a global team of 20+ colleagues responsible for the commercial platforms in GN Hearing. The team is located in Poland and Denmark. We are in the middle of a strategic program to replace our existing ERP solution. We need you to assist us ensuring that we deliver a coherent solution that efficiently creates business value.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Act as Business Analyst (BA): Support POs in identifying and documenting business requirements
• Collaborate with the scrum team to translate requirements into solution designs
• Facilitate clear goals and refine features and user stories
• Provide guidance to developers and testers

• Act as Lead Business Analyst: Provide sparring to other BAs and ensure clarity on priorities and responsibilities
• Support the PO in the early refinement of features

• Prepare presentations for stakeholders, clearly communicating project progress and objectives. report progress, risks, and other updates to the Delivery Manager
• Act as scrum master: Support the team in Agile practices, conduct Scrum ceremonies and facilitate continuous improvement
  

To fulfill the requirements of the role, we imagine that you have

• Solid experience as a business analyst / functional consultant, with an ability to gather and document requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Ability to prepare concise, professional presentations to share project insights and value
• Interest in providing coaching and sparring to the scrum team
• Interest in developing Scrum Master skills and familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools such as SAFe, Scrum and Azure DevOps
• Salesforce experience or certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst etc.) are beneficial
• Familiarity with order management processes and the hearing care industry is beneficial
• Bring a good work ethic that encourages collaboration and enhances team growth
