Job Responsibilities
As the Launch Owner for iC7-Automation, you will play a critical role in maximizing ramp-up and driving a successful launch. You will work to ensure a seamless transition for existing customers and partners to our new drives, minimizing conversion loss. Collaborating closely with customers, KAM management, partners, product managers, and more, you will:

• Lead the most significant product launch in Danfoss's history, driving its success from planning to market adoption.
• Define launch scope and objectives.
• Develop and manage the launch plan, including timeline, budget, and resources.
• Work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Track progress and report on key metrics.
• Ensure successful market entry and adoption while securing necessary approvals.
• Be based at our main factory in Graasten, ensuring close collaboration with the Product Management and R&D teams to strengthen the connection between launch and product evolution.

Background & Skills
You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant marketing education. You are a decisive team player with a positive attitude and the ability to influence and navigate among internal and external stakeholders in a global organization. You are results- and performance-oriented and bring passion to your work. Additional qualifications include:

• Strong organizational and planning skills with a structured approach.
• A customer-focused mindset and the ability to adapt to varying needs.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience with product launches or marketing campaigns in a global organization (preferred).
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to support customers and sales teams worldwide.
