About the role
We are looking for a Facilitator with pharma expertise to join our department, Facility Operations. As a team, we are working on advising our internal and external customers about efficient pharma operations in their projects. We do this by facilitating collaboration and decision-making across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.

How you might spend your days
As a Facilitator with pharma expertise, you’ll be:
- Engaging in ongoing dialogue with customers on-site and actively supporting and making continuous improvements in the execution of their projects
- Planning and facilitating meetings and workshops for collaboration, decision-making, and structured problem-solving
- Managing stakeholders, including alignment between project participants and leaders, both externally and internally
- Providing guidance on efficient pharma facility operations, including preparing new facilities for smooth ramp-up
- Based in our offices in Kalundborg and occasionally spend days in our office in Virum

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Master’s, Bachelor’s, or diploma degree in life science or other relevant education
- 5-10 years of experience with pharma business processes
- Proven experience to act as a trusted advisor for managers and project managers in the pharmaceutical industry
- Specialist in planning and facilitating meetings and workshops incl. stakeholder management
- Knowledge about project management and continuous improvement methodologies
- Insight in applied production technology and digital transformation is an advantage
- You speak and write English
